My first hike there was up Wright peak. Fits most of your needs. At the time a landing gear belonging to the Air Force was stuck in a crack right at the top. Sad. A few more feet and they would have made it. That was a long time ago so it is probably gone by now. The views are great and the length of the hike is about right. Giant, while shorter is also good fun. I'd put off Couchsachraga but maybe nowadays there is less crawling through the underbrush on that one.
