Completed the race and all of my goals! It was REALLY HARD for me... the last two miles almost did me in...
My goals were:
1) not to re-injure my Achille's tendon
2) Keep a steady pace
3) Run, not walk, the entire race (I did however really really slowed down on the last hill for the last 10 yards).
4) Finish the race
5 Do the race in 2 hours or less (did 1h40)
If I can keep on running, I would love to do next year's race!
