Heading out to Salt Lake City on Feb.21 for a week and staying just outside Little Cottonwood Canyon. It's our first trip there in about five years. My brother and I love skiing Alta and we'll probably hit Snowbird; we may take a day and sign up for the Interconnect, which we enjoyed on our last trip. But we're wondering whether Snowbasin is worth a visit, especially since the Olympic improvements. As far as ability level goes, blacks at Jackson Hole don't scare us and double blacks there sometimes scare us but are usually manageable in decent conditions (Corbet's excepted).

So: is there any reason to drive to Snowbasin (or anywhere else) rather than take another day at Alta or the 'Bird? Suggestions welcome.
