Exactly, so bringing it up in a discussion about ER now is simply trying to place blame by involuntary association or - circumstances
Not placing any blame at all. Just pointing out a fact that had not been brought up.
BTW: I covered this story for a local paper at the time and had close to a front row view from 63rd and Osage. The post brought back a flood of memories, that is all. I grew up in that neighborhood at 67th & Girard and still go back to Morrone's when I am in Phila.
