NO CLOSURE THIS YEAR BUT BUMMER.

FROM THE RANGERS OVER AT THE WATER GAP,

Keeping a good stance w/ the Rangers. The Falcons normally nest on the top of the first pitch of Osprey.

Once again our fine feathered friends have decided not to nest on Mt.
Minsi. I am lifting the closure and will have the signs removed by the end
of the day on 5/19/06.

I have no explantation for the failed attempts. This year there was no
indication that they even selected a ledge.

If you hear of any peregrine sightings on or around the cliff face I would
appreciate hearing about it.

Thanks for your help in spreading the word about the closure. I have not
had any reports of anyone entering the closed area so your efforts at
spreading the word have helped greatly.

So my anti-peregrine spray worked after all!!! Now on to the gunks.
(thats a joke, son, thats a joke...)

well it's like the ivory billed woodpecker.....only counts when its on the plate in front of you.

the ivory billed has better traction to hold onto when you roast it over the spit as you have the bill to hold onto. the perigine you'll wind up w/ burnt fingers.....
