Is there any beneficial use from a Recumbent Exercise Bike? This would be for a cancer patient who needs to exercise and was recommended by his doctor to ride a exercise bike.
What exercise differences is there between an upright and recumbent? The only one that I can think of is that people are more likely to stay longer on the recumbent but as far as getting the same workout as a upright bike I have no idea about.
