In NP, buy a house for $1200 a month?! Where, so I can buy it. I know we are in a down turn(FoxNews)/recession(Every other news agencie and human on planet) but only condo's or a fixer upper at best goes for even close to that price.
If you drive over the cliff(train tracks) to where everyone's poor cousins live, then you can get something for that.
Don't forget the highest property tax around, too.
