That is really a beuatiful shot, Smike, from a great position. The colors of the rock are really striking. Not the big panorama shot but really beautiful just the same.

Now if only there were a climber in it!

This one is a bit off the beaten track, and actually has a few feet of offwidth climbing on it. The impatient as well as cheaters can simply consult the photo properties for the route name, since I forgot to disguise it in the photo title. OK, language quibbles notwithstanding, AOR wins the prize (such as it is). Dave's Dong is a pinnacle at the (sort of) SW end of the crag (not looking at a map at the moment, so compass headings should be taken with a grain of salt). Nice 5.7 face climbing below the few 5.8 offwidth moves pictured. Some old pins in place that are no longer needed with modern gear. A large cam (I think #4, grey, new Camalot size---maybe a blue will do too) gives near overhead protection at the crux.
