Wow -- two competing real estate agents in what is at best a niche market and now in today's financial climate. Good luck guys -- don't quit your day jobs.

I didn't start the thread and I'm hardly competing with him. I got my license to help my friends and family. And to pay for my eating and drinking habits

I would have listed this under Real Estate.

My point is this guy just pissed me off!!

Hey Everyone. My name is Lou Lynch and I am the one who started this thread, I am new to these forums, I apologize for posting it in the wrong place. @Moderator, please move as you feel appropriate.

Just to clear the air, I am not in competition with Jenn as I don't sell real estate. I hold my license in the same company as Jenn and planned to refer her any "Gunks" leads I got as a result of my website use (I only do referral work). I was trying to help her and she jumped the gun a bit not knowing the full story. The only reason I built a gunks page on my website is because Jenn's competitiors were beating her (and our company) to the punch in terms of penetrating this online market niche.

I am sorry Jenn chose this forum to air her displeasure in a strategy that was designed to help her, hopefully this will be the last post in regards to this personal matter.
