RG's photo looks like Mellow Yellow at Skytop, but it's been a lot of years so my memory is fuzzy. Judging by the vintage T-shirt and footwear, I'd guess the same for the photo!

Mellow Yellow it is. Also recognized by Talus. Shoes are PA's, short shorts, vintage Rock and Snow shirt, swami belt, a few stoppers and a few hexes. Probably about 25 years ago.
