That's the top part of Twilight Zone, or Traverse of the Clods. ( I think a couple of routes converge on that spot)

Pretty unnerving sitting on the end of the diving board where you took that shot. I think that whole thing is 8" thick and spans about 8' out into the void.

Excellent guess! It even took ME a little while to remember where this was. Thankfully, the outcrop that my partner is climbing in the photo was enough to remind me.

very strange looking "trees" on the right of the picture, to me anyway. And whats hanging in the upper of the two?

Shakes, not sure if you are kidding or not, but there are some pine branches close to the camera with a pine cone visible in the upper right area.
