The 1018 page bill the President wants rammed through Congress for a vote before summer recess "does not" guarantee that you can keep your present coverage,
Correct, and your, mine and most everyone elses current situatiuion does not garantee that we can keep our present coverage. Whats new?
despite the President's continuous claims ad nauseum to the contrary.
The President's claims are not conplete and have been taken out of context.
Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage," the "Limitation On New Enrollment" section of the bill clearly states:
"Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day" of the year the legislation becomes law.
So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised
I know this is will make this a poor post, but I'm not even going to honor your propoganda showing where any new bill that will be passed will not outlaw private insurance. In fact it could even be impossible to show this because if it is not outlawed it might not even be mentioned!
