I saw this note posted at the kiosk today...
"Avoid Shockley's Ceiling until there is a heavy rain. We had food poisoning, Sorry!"

Maybe they thought they were on Shit Creek?

that is 100% fucked up. the ground is NOT that far away. crapping on some pile of choss on the GT ledge is one thing, but destination quality mega classic? thats just fuct.

Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana.

Have you had food poisoning, Evan? Pretty impossible to control the effect, and it can hit you like a ton of bricks. I thought it was nice of them to warn us. What they don't realize is how many critters they helped fatten for the winter!

Evan should know a thing or two about sudden vomiting. (coughyourjeepcough)

Here's a picture of the note, a friend of mine took it while we were climbing that day...

Mike- not just Evan's Jeep. Didn't you wonder what he was doing outside the kitchen door of the Navajo Lodge back in February?

Hmmm. Maybe they're on to something. Put up a note indicating some sort of unpleasantness on the climb of your choice. The nastier the better. "Sorry for for the explosive diarhhea and projectile vomiting on High E. We had food poisoning".

Then, voila, enjoy your selected climb without being bothered by the crowds.
