Hi - I am looking for someone to sublet my room in the Upper West Side of Manhattan from November through May.
This room (in a 3 bedroom apartment) is one of the nicest in the area - it is on the top floor in a duplex apartment, gets beautiful light from a skylight and a large glass sliding door that accesses a large roof patio. Being on its own floor, the room is quite large and private from the rest of the apartment. The room is fully furnished. Your prospective roommates are two, late-20's men involved in education and web design. They are great people and very easy to get along with.
The apartment is on 95th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues - a very quiet block with mostly small brownstone walk ups. It has a large common space, beautiful kitchen, and two large bathrooms. Close by are the 1/2/3 express and local trains as well as the B and C trains. Rent is $1280/month, and utilities plus cable comes to around $70/month.
