...is AMAZING!
I bought a pair of Millet Okto 2 shoes. I love them--they're very comfortable but extremely precise. Only problem was that I wore a hole through the upper after about 10 days of climbing (mostly indoor). This was a total bummer, because I loved the shoes. I sent Millet an email asking for a new pair. I didn't expect them to get back to me, but the responded immediately and are sending me a new pair right now.
Customer service is HUGE with climbing gear, because we expect it to last for so long. Nice to know that Millet takes it seriously. I will definitely be buying more stuff from them. Just thought I'd share in case anyone was considering buying any of their gear.
