I'm pretty sure those VOLUNTEER firefighters and Rescue Squad members found it a bit annoying having to get out of their beds and leave their families for 3 hours because a couple of lazy climbers couldn't be bothered learning how to use a prussik. Jake, you win the prize for the most ridiculous post on Gunks.com this year. What a turd.

Did you even think to get up and ask if you could help somehow?

Right on RR, everybody wants somebody to show up when their house is on fire or they deck working their 5.5 project but god forbid that siren wakes me up at night or ties up my rush hour commute! Kudos to Bob E and company for caring enough to go out there and help those goofers down safely.
