Wait a minute, Jake are you talking about Southern Pillar or Columbia?
It's easy to avoid getting lost on Columbia if you know what to look for-- from the tree atop the short pitch one look for the corner just to the left of the Madame G corner. People often go up the Columbia corner by mistake when they mean to do Madame G. The Columbia corner has two crucial pitons right away after the start of the pitch. This is the crux technical section. After that it's straight up, jug city, pumpy with good pro. Not really dirty until the angle eases. I think this is kind of a hidden gem.
If you were talking about Southern Pillar, I've never done that one.
