cool....how do you take it?
been using black cherry juice concentrate as it is supposed to give similar results.
Turmeric is awesome, often recommended for chronic arthritis, and been used for thousands of years in ayurvedic medicines.
Great cooking with soups, meals, etc but down and dirty daily I dust my breakfast cereal/oatmeal or make a cup of tea with it:
6-8ox almond milk
1/4-1/4 tsp turmeric
Cook on stovetop, careful not to scald, add honey after done cooking.
Can also make a paste with black pepper and h20 - cook mixture on stove and paste lasts for a week to add to toasts, meals etc.
I order in bulk from mountain rose herbs - I think it's like 7 bucks a pound for organic.
