We live in a HUGE beautiful artist- and musician-friendly home close to the GUNKS:

3 floors, 5 bedrooms, big kitchen, den, music room (piano, keyboard, drum kit, washboards...), wraparound porch, 2 bathrooms, storage space, washing machine, dishwasher, and garden, on 6 acres of woods, 5 min drive/15 min bike to village of New Paltz.

We are in our 20s, 30s and 40s - creative, working people - plus 1 cat. We recycle and compost, and are looking for a housemate who's eager to do the same. We love to be outdoors, cook, and share good times...

You are mature, friendly, financially stable, responsible, and community minded. You clean up after yourself and are happy to contribute to the overall cleanliness and beauty of our home.

$500 per month includes rent, internet, cable. Utilities are extra.
The house stays naturally cool in summer, we use fans but no A/C.

First and last month rent needed upon agreement.
