OK, I owe you the answer. It's at Peter's Kill's east end, hidden in a small canyon behind the major formation known as East Pillar. I call it Spider Corner because when we first looked at it it was a mass of cobwebs. It cleaned up nicely though and is a fun, albeit short, line. Julie saw my description of it on MountainProject. Mostly I posted it to see if anyone would say, "I climbed that". Clearly it's off the beaten path (i.e. beyond the guidebook) and doesn't see much traffic.

Well, considering that if you go far enough east, you hit Mohonk Preserve land (e.g. Lost City) I wouldn't say there is a limit. The upper PK cliffs are still closed however, although they are depicted in the current Minnewaska "Technical Rock Climbing & Bouldering" pamphlet that you can pick up at the PK office. In fact, the photo on the cover of that paper is of the upper cliff. The state's fiscal problems may be the only reason that we're not climbing up there already. (I don't know why it takes more budget money to say, "Yes, you can climb there also", but then I never pretended to understand the mysterious ways that state parks are run!)
