Last year I emailed direct to Chestnut Productions - got no reply.

This year I found the email to the New Paltz Outing Club and emailed a couple weeks ago....so far, no reply.

I'd like to provide some chalkbags from my ClimbAddict Shop as raffle prizes, and would also like to inquire about table/booth space in the lobby area.

Does anyone know who I might contact/have contact info?

Tom Widing at Chestnut is the person to speak to. I'm surprised he hasn't responded. I haven't dealt with him in years, but he's always been reliable in responding. PM me the email address you're using and I'll see if I have something different, or maybe a phone number.
