Well, I made it to the top on the slow train, no thanks to you guys.
It took my sandbagged partner 6 hours to follow the last pitch in -10 degrees. I'm glad we did not have to rap off, even though I left fixed V threads all the way up.
Snow was waist deep to the snowmobile trail. The crux was the easy mixed traverse in the beginning and standing around on the top in the breezes waiting around all night.
The Mohonk Mountain House and the Mohonk Preserve have done a great job protecting the environment thus far, but ... it's all down hill from here http://youtu.be/9AU8fMo8v4k.
