In a pinch, when I was out mtbiking far from soap and water, I used muddy water from a puddle after brushing against some PI. It seemed to work, and I only got a couple tiny blisters.

Jewelweed works pretty well too - and it grows next to poison ivy. In flower it has yellow/orange orchid-looking blooms, crush up the leaves and use it as an ivy block or rub it onto areas exposed to the poison ivy oils.

All these remedies and palliatives work on known exposure. Quite often one doesn\\\'t know until those dreaded symptoms appear. Then it\\\'s time for lots of topical hydrocortisone.
