That's what I thought.
he told me to try taping my shins! Never tried it though.
Bet it at least helps- but a lot of the force is downward, not outward where the tape would really help.
I'd really have to shave my legs about ervery time I tried it. My legs like to have lots of cooling while running. In summer it would be a real performance killer.
